Day 23

Day 23.

It's the big day! The communicare league kick off!!

Joe picked us up and we made our way down to drommedaris with his wife and son Jayden! Both absolutely lovely people.

Jeff and I set up the gazebo's and the start of the tournament was nearing ever closer!! We sat all the boys down and discussed what the days events would be, the rules, the teams and just a general chat of the conduct we wanted! My hamstring muscle was feeling like the strings of a guitar so I gave them a little stretch before our communicare match versus the coaches!

I'm gonna keep this paragraph brief. We lost 10-2. The highlight of the match was when in one move.. jeff got nugmegged then i got nutmegged before Adnaan slotted it bottom bins.

The day was really well run and the only hiccup we had was when one boy broke his arm but apart from that it was a great day and I'm glad it went well for Joe and the communicare team who had put heaps of effort into it running smoothly.

I realised when I got back to the apartment that I had returned alot more red skinned then I had when I left in the morning. Sun burn strikes again! Tonight should be funny considering I'm going to long street with a face like a tomato!

Day off tomorrow! Happy days.
