Day 30

Day 30.

Crazy to think that we've been here for 30 days now! A month really. We met Joe at Goodwood station at 10:15 today, one stop before Vasco. We then headed to Joe's place where we waited for the transport which picks up a lot of boys and drops them to the Italian Club where they play for their respective teams in the communicare league.

The day went really well in terms of having no injuries, backchat, fights or anything like that! We ran a bit over schedule but that's to be expected.. it's hard to keep each game to the minute! I managed my bothasig junior team for the second time where we secured a nice 4-1 victory! My second team, which were seniors, lost 9-5 after being 4-1 up! The boys were doing really well but seemed to fatigue a bit in the second half and completely lost their shape! No worries though, it gives us something to build on for next week and it will hopefully give us the motivation to bounce back. I'm not sure how Jeff's team got on but i'm sure they did fine! We finished up around 5ish I would say and then headed back to Berghof thanks to a lift from Joe. I checked the Arsenal score to see that we had lost 5-1!!! What on earth happened? I did not seeing that coming what so ever. I saw the goals and I think it's fair to say that the defence was abysmal.

I used the 3G stick which communicare kindly gave us this evening! I skyped my parents and updated my blog from the comfort of my own room which was nice!

Not sure what tonight's plan hold but i'm definitely not staying in! Day off tomorrow.. happy days!! We are visiting Danielle's for a typical South African braai with her family. We have been told to bring our swimming trunks and sun cream so i'm assuming they have a swimming pool! Front flipping into that straight away!
